Ultimate Cell Hydrogen Production
Hydrogen production units
High efficiency energy transition.
The manufacture of hydrogen-producing equipment, for use as an optimiser in combustion processes included in the patents, allowed ULTIMATE CELL®, in a self-sustained manner, the advanced development of the production of H₂ from alkaline electrolysis and electrolysis by protonic membrane.
Today, this allows the leveraging, with high technical confidence, of different types of projects involving the production of hydrogen, which are very necessary and strategic for energy management and transition, and are nowadays essential in the policy of any developed country.
Ultimate Cell currently has 3 projects under development in the production of Hydrogen
HRS
The H2 Refueling Station.
Ongoing project to manufacture two containerised units to produce hydrogen to supply forklifts and logistics vehicles running on fuel cells (HRS – Hydrogen Refuelling Stations) in the USA, for which a 99.999% purity level is required.
For this purpose, a container with a Category 3 hurricane-resistant structure is being developed, with a production capacity of 60 Nm³ H₂ per hour, in partnership with the leading provider of clean hydrogen and zero-emission fuel cell solutions, the American company Plug Power. The estimated delivery time is October 2020.

The commercialisation, after its customisation, of four more 1 MW UCHP® units for HRS installations is at an advanced stage of negotiation.
P2G
The Power to Gas.
Industrial H2 production from wind and photovoltaic Energy.

Oil Cracking
The Oil Refining.
Another project, also finalising negotiations, consists of two UCHP® units with a production capacity of 200 Nm³ H₂ per hour (1 MW) for application in oil refining (oil cracking).
